Wows. I love Vasilis Lolos's ( ) Pirates of Coney Island SOOO much. I spent this whole weekend and Friday working on this picture. Its an awesome comic, and I highly recommend it. To learn more, visit his site: [link]

This picture is actually also inspired a bit by Becky Cloonan's style, and I admit, sometimes I have a slight problem separating the two. They complement eachother's style's so well. :heart:

EDIT: oh- by the way: this makes a superb desktop background when set to black. ~_^ *thumbs up*

yep. mostly just to clean up the rough stuff.

I realized when I got to school that the brush on your comp was set to dissolve, so i was getting this grain, but when I used the blur tool on it I go this texture that I loved and went to town on the dissolve filter brush and the blur tool. :D

I also toyed with the idea of another filter on a dark blue layer that made it really vibrant and more red, but decided I'd lose too much of that hard earned detail.
